Privacy
Direct-Regelen.nl helps you plan your move. We want to explain clearly which data we use, why we use it, and what rights you have.
Direct-Regelen.nl is responsible for processing the personal data you share with us through the moving assistance. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at privacy@direct-regelen.nl.
You can enter moving details such as addresses, your moving date, checklist items, progress, and account information. We store this data in our secure Firebase environment so you can return to your moving assistance later.
We use your data to provide the moving assistance and save your progress. We usually do this because it is necessary for the service you use. We ask for your consent first for optional cookies or improvement analytics. Sometimes we retain data because it is required for security or a legal obligation.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Sensitive information is stored securely and encrypted where appropriate. Access to data is limited to what is needed for operation, security, and support.
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the moving assistance, your account, security, and legal obligations. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymize it unless we are still required to retain it.
We use essential cookies for language and cookie preferences. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google advertising cookies to measure usage, improve product decisions, and enable advertising measurement. We do not send addresses, email addresses, names, or exact moving dates to Google Analytics. We use Daisycon services in our energy, internet, and TV comparison tools. Daisycon may use affiliate cookies and matching data to anonymously determine whether a switch or application originated through Direct-Regelen.nl so commission can be attributed correctly.
We do not sell your data. We may use trusted processors, such as Firebase, to make the service technically possible. External buttons open other parties’ websites; from that point on, that party’s privacy policy applies.
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. You can send a request to privacy@direct-regelen.nl. We generally respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
