Privacy
Direct-Regelen.nl helps you plan your move. We explain clearly what data we use, why we use it and which rights you have.
Direct-Regelen.nl is responsible for the processing of personal data you share through the moving planner. For privacy questions or requests, you can reach us at privacy@direct-regelen.nl.
You can enter moving details such as addresses, moving date, checklist items, progress and account details. In the future version, this information is stored in our secured Firebase environment so you can return to your moving planner later.
We use your data to provide the moving planner and save your progress. Usually, this is necessary for the service you choose to use. For optional cookies or improvement analytics, we ask for consent first. Sometimes we keep data because it is needed for security or a legal obligation.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Sensitive information is stored securely and, where appropriate, encrypted. Access to data is limited to what is needed for operation, security and support.
We do not keep personal data longer than needed for the moving planner, your account, security and legal obligations. If you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymise data unless we still need to keep it.
We use necessary cookies for language preferences and cookie preferences. With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google advertising cookies to measure usage, improve product decisions and support advertising measurement. We do not send addresses, email addresses, names or exact moving dates to Google Analytics. On our energy, internet and TV comparators we use services from Daisycon. Daisycon may use affiliate cookies and matching data to anonymously determine whether a switch or application came through Direct-Regelen.nl, so commission can be attributed correctly.
We do not sell your data. We may use trusted processors, such as Firebase, to make the service technically possible. External buttons open websites from other parties; from that moment, that party's privacy policy applies.
Under the GDPR, you have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You can send a request to privacy@direct-regelen.nl. We normally respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
